Welcome to TalkOracle (the "Service"), operated by Design Void ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at talkoracle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only: TalkOracle provides digital content, fortune readings, cosmic analysis, and personality tools based on historical, astrological, and algorithmic calculations. All outputs, including AI Oracle suggestions, are for digital entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. We do not provide clinical, medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You bear sole responsibility for any decisions made based on our readings.

3. Accounts and Coins (OracleCoin)

To unlock specific premium readings, you may purchase digital coins called "OracleCoin" (OC) through our supported payment processors (e.g., PayPal). OracleCoin is a digital utility token used exclusively within TalkOracle to unlock contents. It holds no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency.

4. Intellectual Property

The designs, graphics, branding, text calculations, deterministic engines, and proprietary code featured on TalkOracle are the exclusive property of Design Void. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or reuse any part of our service without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Design Void shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on any fortune readings or AI interpretations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
