Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

1. Purchase of OracleCoin

TalkOracle utilizes OracleCoin (OC) as a digital utility currency to unlock specialized daily reports and interactive AI features. All sales of OracleCoin are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly required by local consumer protection regulations.

2. Consumed Content and Digital Goods

No Refunds for Accessed Digital Content: Once OracleCoins are spent to unlock a specific digital reading (such as the Full Premium Report, compatibility calculations, or an AI Oracle question), the service is considered fully rendered. Because these are instantaneous, non-tangible digital goods, spent OracleCoins cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited back.

3. Unused Balance Refunds

If you have purchased OracleCoins and have an **unused** balance remaining, you may request a refund for the unused coins within **7 days** of purchase, provided none of the coins from that package have been spent. A transaction fee or processing fee charged by our payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe a duplicate charge or billing error occurred during checkout, please contact us within **30 days** of the transaction. We will investigate the logs and, if verified, issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund for unused OracleCoins, please email our support team with:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • Your PayPal transaction ID or order reference.
  • A brief description of your request.
